Heat pump type closed sludge drying system (all-in-one machine) is a standardized sludge drying system, with a standard size.We employ a complex combination of powerful dehumidification and targeted air pathways to obtain consistent and reproducible results of drying, done in closed systems completely independent of environmental factors.The system operates in fully automatic mode through electronic humidity control.

Multi-stage energy comprehensive treatment, strong drying reduction capacity, reduction can be up to more than 80%.break the technical bottleneck of dry mud's high water content and weak reduction ability existing in the traditional drying mode.

Multiple invention patent innovative design,highly efficient and energy-saving,each kilowatt of power dehydration can reach more than 4 kg per hour,and can save more cost.Compared with the traditional low-temperature drying equipment,this drying equipment can save the cost of more than 50%.

Utilize closed drying design, no odor discharge,there's no need to install expensive deodorization system which will increase the cost, can be directly installed in the plant for centralized sludge disposal, low condensate COD and simple treatment.
