PJEP sludge cake hopper is a collection and storage device for the dewatering sludge cake after dewatering equipment. The sludge cake will be input on top and discharge at bottom. The hopper body will be designed to resist the bending stress by inside pressure. When the sludge reaches a certain amount, the valve at the bottom of the hopper will be opened to discharge sludge cake to the truck directly.

Working Principle

There're two kinds of valves can be installed at the bottom of the hopper---E valve/Flat gate valve,and the valve can be controlled to collect and discharge the sludge cake. The valve is controlled by air cylinder/ electric putter/electric head.
