Product Description
PJEP solid-liquid separator is a machine designed for high-concentration sewage and non-squeezing places; dedicated for humus solids-blister manure (high bed type), pig farms, cattle farms, chicken farms, duck farms, etc.
1. 15 to 40 tons of sewage can be processed per hour. (The concentration of manure and water content are changeable) (Operation for 8 hours per day)
The maximum processing capacity (solid) of the extruder is 2.5 cubic meters per hour.

2. Breaking through the technology of Europe, America and Japan, the water cutting net is produced by ourselves, the gap is 0.3-0.5m/m, the post-processing is easy, and the service life is long.
3. Gear-type reverse cleaning structure, no wire rope electrical parts and other consumables can be recycled. 4. Automatic detection, start at full water level, filter, press dry, wash the screen in the middle, and fully-automatic operation for washing the screen and filtering when the machine stops operating.
